MALCOMSON LAW COVID 19 ANNOUNCEMENT
This Firm continues to service the needs and requirements of its clients during this difficult time period. Insofar as is practicable, we continue to work behind closed doors to progress files towards their inevitable conclusion. Also, as and from Monday 16th March 2020, our Firm offices in Dublin, Carlow and London will no longer be open to the general public. Accordingly, all appointments arranged at these offices are now cancelled until further notice. We will be communicating separately with persons who are due to attend for the purposes of arranging alternative options that will include conference calls, video conferencing, utilisation of different Social Media products etc. If a situation occurs where Firm personnel can no longer access one or more of our offices, then we have the capacity to continue to service client requirements, if so required, from any one of our offices that remains operational. Also, all critical personnel within our Organisational structure and indeed all Solicitors have access on a remote basis to our File Management system. The security and integrity of all personal data is maintained under strict supervision by our I.T. Department. Also, our telephone lines will continue to operate during normal office hours. Undoubtedly, certain work types such as the signing of Wills need to be undertaken in person. Accordingly, this Firm would urge any persons who wish to avail of such legal services that involve personal interactions, that same are progressed without any delay. Also we confirm that all registered and ordinary post to be received at our offices will be processed as early as is possible by way of scanning and response.
