Surgical Error Negligence Claims
Surgical errors can result in Medical Negligence claims. The most common reasons for taking a Surgical (Medical Negligence) claim are:

- Ophthalmology i.e. eye surgery e.g. laser eye surgery
- Orthopaedics e.g. bone fractures; joint replacements (implants); arthroscopy
- Paediatric surgery i.e. Surgery in relation to children
