Who is exempt from Stamp Duty?
- If the purchase price is not greater than €127,000, then there is no stamp duty to be paid.
- Stamp Duty is payable on properties in excess of €127,000 by all purchasers except first time buyers or perhaps owner/occupiers of certain properties.
