Background
Sinead qualified with a Bachelor of Civil Law from U.C.D. in 1992.  In 1993 she obtained a Diploma in Business Studies from the Michael Smurfit Graduate School of Business and qualified as a Solicitor in 1996.

 

Sinead has worked in private practice since then.  In 1998 she became an Associate of the Institute of Taxation in Ireland and joined Malcomson Law in 2010.

Experience
Sinead has specialised in private client, commercial property developments and transactions, in addition to landlord and tenant matters. She has considerable experience across a wide range of real estate transactions, including; investigation of title, acquisition and disposal of residential, commercial and agricultural property.

She advises on landlord and tenant matters, both from the landlord and tenant point of view to include, the drafting and negotiation of various commercial and agricultural leases and licenses.

 

Sinead has extensive commercial property experiences in relation to both sale and purchase. She has dealt with many co-ownership and other property investment structures, advising on property finance. She has expertise in more involved areas of commercial property developments, covering; residential, commercial and mixed used developments, tax base investments and other projects.

 

She is very experienced in relation to wills, succession planning, probate, will disputes, administration of estates and advises clients in relation to enduring power of attorney.
