Headway is the new Charity of the Year for 2010 at Malcomson Law
Malcomson Law are pleased to announce its new partnership with Headway as its Charity of the Year for 2010.
Malcomson Law is continuing with its firm commitment to a Corporate Social Responsibility Programme as previously with the Cystic Fibrosis Association of Ireland over the past two years.
Headway provides support and services to people affected by brain injury. Founded in 1985, it works to heighten public and political awareness of acquired brain injury and the impact it has on individuals, families and carers. Their mission is:
"To bring about positive change in the lives of those affected by an acquired brain injury"
Firm personnel at Malcomson Law recently met with some of Headway's employees and clients to learn more about the important work of the organization. An innovative programme of events will be developed by the firm for the benefit of Headway.
Already Malcomson Law has decided to host various in-house fundraising events. The firm also hopes to become involved in some of the larger events run by Headway as well as hosting a major public fundraising event during the year.
