WHY SHOULD I MAKE A WILL?

By making a will, you make your wishes clear. Your will contains your instructions to those left behind about what to do with your estate.
If you don't make a will, there are legal rules set down which decide who benefits from the estate you have left behind. But this may not always reflect your wishes.

Not only does a will dictate who gets what, it also allows you to decide who is responsible for carrying out your wishes.

Your family members will be grateful for your will; it will help avoid potential conflict but it will also reduce the amount of paperwork involved.
