1Draft Opinions on Compliance with Planning Permission and Building RegulationsPreparation of these is the primary responsibility of the Supervising Architect/Engineer, and need to be furnished at the earliest possible opportunity. At Malcomson Law we would be more than happy to liaise with the Architect/Engineer as to the form and content of the opinions if required.
2Scheme MapIt is suggested that the Architect/Engineer liaise directly with the Mapping Branch of the Land Registry in Waterford to ascertain the present Mapping criteria of the Land Registry, which will save time. It is also recommended that revisions to the scheme map be kept to a minimum where possible, as revising scheme maps with the Land Registry is a costly process.
3Declaration of IdentityMalcomson Law can prepare a draft declaration for approval and signing by the Supervising Architect/Engineer.
