There's a lot of paperwork involved in selling and buying property. A sale is more likely to be successful if the contract documents are issued as quickly as possible. Contract packages must also contain all the necessary documents, to minimise unnecessary pre-contract enquiries.

Malcomson Law has developed a fast and effective method of issuing Booklets of Title on CD format, rather than on paper.

We've found this gets the necessary contracts on the purchaser's solicitor's desk much more quickly than by the conventional method of photocopying reams of paper.
